GuideOps Platform — GuideOps for short — is the operating platform for safe mountain work. Built for how the work actually happens, so operators can spend the season in the field, not in spreadsheets.
Guiding is getting harder to stay in. Insurance premiums are climbing. Liability exposure is growing. Clients expect the booking experience of a consumer app and the communication cadence of a group chat.
The software built for hotels, gyms, and tour buses doesn’t understand when a group needs another guide, can’t model a punch pass, and has no idea what to do when a party is standing at a trailhead with no cell service waiting for a meet-location update.
GuideOps was built for that reality, alongside working guides. MeetPoint replaces the patchwork of booking tools, waiver PDFs, group texts, spreadsheets, and payment workarounds with a single system designed for the job: booking, community, and guide management. SummitGuard is the waiver record — part of MeetPoint, and available on its own. FieldBook is the snow-safety layer on the same platform: it turns the field day into InfoEx-schema observations, captured offline and reviewed by a human before anything leaves. MountainOps and HeliOps serve industrial and heli operators.
